Vacations are great! And finding the best resort makes the vacation much
memorable. Orlando is undoubtedly the best of tourist attractions in the US
with its theme parks and was the most visited American city in 2009. The city
is rightly called the ‘Theme Park Capital of the World” with major theme parks
like “Walt Disney World”, “Sea World”, and “Universal Orlando”, just to name a
few! Orlando is undoubtedly the right place for a perfect family vacation.

A happy vacation at Orlando, turns half successful when you find the
right resort to stay along with your family and enjoy the vacation without
having to get into hotels. You very well know, that hotel bills cost more than
half of the vacation budget and a lot goes into paying for food bills. With a
resort you will have the option to enjoy your vacation with the luxury of a
resort owner when you buy a timeshare of the resort. Timeshare is a type of
property where a vacation resort is owned by a group of individuals, who have
rights to enjoy the resort in specific time points during a year. These time
points in timeshare terminology are called ‘weeks’. One can choose to opt for a
‘fixed week’ or a ‘floating week’. Fixed week is where you check into your
resort at the same period of time every year and floating week is that which
allows you to enjoy the resort at any point of time during a year. Timeshares
are a handy option to those who cannot afford to buy a plush condo of their
own; with timeshares you can enjoy all the benefits of a luxury condo
exclusively for yourself, that too at affordable prices.

The first timeshare business in the US was incorporated in 1974, since
then hundreds of companies sprouted up selling/buying and trading timeshares.
Timeshares have become so popular that even major hotelier brands like Hyatt,
Hilton and Walt Disney have ventured into the business. Timeshares can be
enjoyed in two ways – buying or renting. And timeshares are sold by developers
and through many resellers in the market. Timeshares being a commodity with
diminishing value unlike real estate, lot of resellers exist at any point of
time selling their timeshares. So timeshare market is typically a buyer’s
market. But buying/renting/selling a timeshare requires good knowledge and
research of the market; else one could end up in a wrong deal!

While I was planning for a vacation in Orlando with my family couple of
months ago, I had tough time getting to know about, how to buy a timeshare? I
know that getting into hotels with family to spend vacation is very
inconvenient and too heavy on my budget. Just at the right time I was advised
by my colleague at work to check-out www.smatimeshare.com he assured me they
would help me out with any issues dealing with timeshares. I just wanted to
give a shot at it before foolishly spending all my dollars on a hotel. I
called-up the company next day and they assigned me a timeshare expert to talk to.
The timeshare expert was very cordial in knowing my vacation requirements and
budget, and helped me rent a timeshare at the ‘Hilton Grand Vacations Club on
International Drive’. The resort was just awesome and just a few minutes’ drive
from all major Orlando attractions like Walt Disney World and Universal
Orlando. The resort is built in a Tuscany village theme with lush gardens,
pools, fountains, whirlpool spas along with an interactive children’s pool.
Eventually we enjoyed our vacation damn great and our children had a bang in
all the theme parks, great thing is they had great fun playing at our resort
too; as our resort had good number of fun places to play for children.
